Families in Crisis - Homelessness

(and also help in finding healthier, safer housing for you and your family)

On or before the first day of winter of each year is National Homeless Persons' Memorial Day. Begun in 1990 and continuing every year since, the first day of winter has been recognized as National Homeless Persons' Memorial Day. But we don't have to wait for this day to offer assistance. There are many ways to help, either by donating services or time, by getting involved in support, mental health services, or through faith-based organizations. Remember: Millions of children in America are homeless, too. Also see the National Coalition for the Homeless for more information.
